The Blues Podcast
wall to wall blues
The Blues Club Podcast has been running for just over two years as both a radio show and podcast with listeners worldwide and now hopefully also in North Cornwall. My name is Jim McNeill (Pictured above with one of my heroes Buddy Guy on my recent visit to Buddy Guy’s Legends in Chicago). I have been involved in the music business as a musician, promoter, venue volunteer co-ordinator, and recently as a Blues Presenter. I aim to cram as much music as possible into the 2 hours of Blues Club Podcast, while keeping chatter to a minimum. People tune in for the music, not to listen to me prattling on anyway.
The Blues Club Podcast playlists feature predominantly Blues, Rock, Acoustic, Soul and Jazz and include new releases, new artists and new albums plus some recent and older classic tracks and basically anything else that catches my attention and is a bit different and unique. I try to promote local young up and coming bands and singer songwriters. My local area is London and the South East, Essex and Cambridge. I enjoy live music and I try to get to at least one local venue every week. I attend various national music festivals throughout the year. I am also a member of the UK Independent Blues Broadcasters Association (UK IBBA).
Join me weekly for 2 hours of non-stop Best in Blues with More Music and Less Chat.
Check out “The Blues Club Podcast” Facebook Page for the latest information on Playlists, Podcasts, Photos, Video Clips and upcoming events. (LIKES will be very much appreciated).
The Blues Club Podcast is broadcast on NCB Radio, Thursdays 7.00pm – 9.00pm (UK Time) on TuneIn and at www.ncbradio.co.uk.
Best regards. Keeping Music Live
